Bartender Only Package
- This package requires a four (4) hour service time minimum
- Company will provide necessary bar tools to create the cocktails
- Client will provide all cups, ice, mixers, sodas, fruit/garnishment and alcohol
Bartender + Sodas Package
- This package requires a four (4) hour service time minimum
- Company will provide all sodas, ice for drinks, ice to chill alcohol and all cups needed for the event.
- Client will provide all alcohol, juices, and garnishments for drinks
Bartender + Mixer Package
- This package requires a four (4) hour service time minimum
- Company will provide all cups, ice, mixers, fruit/garnishments and sodas, and all the necessary bar tools to create the cocktails
- Client will provide all alcohol
Beer & Wine
Beer & Wine Package
- This package provides a four (4) hour service time minimum
- Additional hours can be added at time of booking based on the number of guests
- Subject to a 50 Person Minimum Charge
- Company will provide three (3) beer options determined by the Client
- Two (2) domestic and one (1) import/specialty beer
- Kegs are available at a cost to be determined prior to the event
- Company will provide three (3) wine selections determined by the Client
- Company will provide all cups, ice, mixers, fruit/garnishment and sodas and all necessary bar tools to create any cocktails
- This package will allow the client to bring their own hard liquor/spirits

Open Bar Package
- This package provides a four (4) hour service time maximum
Additional hours can be added at time of booking based on the number of guests - Subject to a 50 Person Minimum Charge
- Company will provide an open bar experience including our house liquors
- Other premium liquors that can be negotiated
- Company will provide three (3) beer options determined by the Client
- Two (2) domestic and one (1) import/specialty beer
- Kegs are available at a cost to be determined
- Company will provide three (3) wines determined by the Client
- Company will provide all cups, ice, mixers, fruit/garnishment and sodas, and the necessary bar tools to create the cocktails.

- Served in our standard 9oz clear disposable cups.
Rentals Available
- Upgraded bar experience with custom built wooden bar – $175
- Cocktail tables with black or white linen – $30/table
- Upgraded Glassware, table top items are available
PACKAGE Notes
- All packages come standard with licensed & insured bartender(s) and with a mobile bar for services.
- For events with more than 75 guests, a second bartender is required
- All open bar packages must have food purchased with the package, contact us for options. We provide a legal binding contract for all events.
Gratuity
Prices shown include all taxes and fees, but do not include gratuity for the bartenders.
- Option 1: Client can include a 20% gratuity in contract
- Option 2: The bartender may tastefully put a tip jar out and allow the guests to determine a tip as they please
- Option 3: Client may choose to include a gratuity amount or percentage of their own choosing in the contact and also allow the use of a tip jar

My husband and I used A Top Shelf Bartender company for catering services at our wedding last weekend and it was phenomenal. We met with them back in September for a tasting and we instantly felt welcomed and cared for. The amazing staff is just the start of it. The food is delicious! I was quite literally licking the alfredo sauce off of my plate at our tasting. YUM. Our wedding guests were raving about the red sauce and meatballs, and I think everyone wanted 12 pieces of the garlic bread. Their communication is top notch and they never leave you with questions. The team works together efficiently and effectively. I know this is a "catering company" but they truly CATER to you. This company is ran by genuine people who want to make you happy. Food is one of the most important aspects to any event so if you are looking for a company who will leave you and your belly happy, A Top Shelf is the catering service for you.

We were extremely pleased with A Top Shelf Bartender for our son’s wedding! Jonathan was extremely communicative throughout the booking process and up to the event. He was very helpful with suggestions to help make the celebration a success! They were prepared, had a great presentation and worked quickly!
